Decomposed - It is commendable to plant trees yet the OCEANS are not only responsible for the creation of up to 80%+ of the planet's oxygen, algae in the oceans sequesters far more C02 than trees.

An even bigger elephant that is seemingly not discussed by all of the alarmists are the GIGANTIC plastic trash vortexes floating in our oceans. There are five major ones and the largest patch is currently between Hawaii and California and is 617,763 square miles (or 1.6 million square kilometers) - that is 3x the size of France and bigger than Texas!! IF any of you have ever driven across Texas - it takes 2 days on I-20, that is a stunning size. Not to mention the effects of marine life - or death!!

I find it amazing that the climate alarmists avoid these two elephants yet claim to "care about the environment."
