What are the STRUCTURAL deficiencies in the current design of our central government ?

There are at least three structural deficiencies in our current Consitution.

1. The power to review, and revoke laws that are not in accord with the U.S. Constitution is not explicitly delegated to any body. That power was usurped in by the supreme court in the infamous Marbury v. Madison federal court case, by a judicial OPINION authored by John Marshall.

2. The immoral separation of responsibility from authority that was given to the expicit limit on powers given to the central government by our original U.S. Constitution. Our Founding Fathers might be faulted for not being all seeing in realizing that this might occur, but they were not all-seeing infallible deities. They were human.

3. Article SIX of the U.S. Constitution where treaties with foreign powers are explicitly able to totally, and irrevocably, take total control over the U.S. Constitution, Laws, and governance. This may have been 'internationally' required at the time of adoption, but is a gaping hole that is currently being exploited by foreign powers to take control of our government away from citizens of the United States and give it to other world powers, whom we have no recourse against, and to whom we have NOT, quite properly, granted any power to govern us.

These are the three main structural problems in our current U.S. Constitution. Exploitation of these problems have given rise to a multitude of corruptions. These corruptions are self evident.

The first of these structural problems listed above is also the problem that has been the first exploited and longest lasting. For these reasons, it should be the first correction applied.
