OK - Monkey started this Constitutional Convention stuff, posted some stuff on it, attempted to let discussion run with no monkey interference, and committed monkey to do some sort of thoughtful summary.
The following posts may just be an exercise in futility, may be of no interest to anybody except monkey - but they will work to gather monkey's thoughts and attempt to put his tiny little OCD brain to rest on the subject.
Not quite done yet - will post total thoughts gathered and solidified so far, needing more time to regenerate a bit of steam to power through a couple of final segments. Those will come later. There is some logic to the organization of the presentation, maybe not enough, but some.
So much for an intro to the next few posts.
