Great high fiber foods for getting rid of the bad cholesterol LDL low-density lipoprotein DE!!!!! And yes keep the tummy full............Suck part of all this is I have to give up Lobster!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dont know if I can do that LOL

Will eating seafood raise my cholesterol levels?
According to a study at the University of Washington, shellfish pose no danger to cholesterol levels. This study found that some of the most commonly eaten shellfish, including oysters, crabs, clams, shrimp and mussels, showed no evidence of raising cholesterol levels. Crab and clams actually lowered the LDL levels (bad cholesterol).

We just bought twenty pounds of a dried 7-bean mix. We weren't really thinking about cholesterol so much as keeping the stomachs full.

We also bought 30 pounds of potatoes. With temps being what they are, they should keep 'til June in the garage.
