Kathy,

You said, "His 'behavior' was reprehensible. Oh yes indeedy, such disrespect for the President ..."

You are quite correct, dear one, but in all honesty, I don't care a whit whether Jimmy Poo respects President Trump or not ... and I'm fairly certain President Trump doesn't care, either ... BUT, Acosta's childish attention whoring is disruptive of the purpose for the press conference, in the first place. If you go to the trouble of setting up a meeting or an event ... doesn't matter if it is at The White House, your office, or the local Nymphomaniac Treatment Center ... even if you do not have respect for the leader of the meeting, everyone involved should respect all of the other participants, who have made the time and effort to be there. Lil' Jimmy Poo is simply trying to hijack the press conference and make everything all about him. What would 99.99% of most other people do in this situation? Yeah ... that's correct ... kick his pathetic ass right out the door.

Now, I must admit that there is some loud moaning and groaning during the meetings at the local Nymphomaniac Treatment Center, but that's normal and to be expected.

B.

I can never duplicate my brilliance of this morning. I was even impressed with myself! OK, so here we go again, but minus the brilliance.

With regard to the Jim Acosta situation, CNN clearly has no case in its lawsuit against The White House. The issuance of a White House press pass is not a legal proceeding

Firstly, this was a right-leaning Judge, appointed by the Donald himself. I am more than disappointed that he chose to cave to criticism. Trump's actions did not violate the law. This Judge should have let the WH to appear before the Supremes to get a final ruling, which may or may not happen. Temporary ruling is its only savior, imo.
===============

it is a temporary, at-will, administrative authorization for a person to attend press conferences held at The White House.

We know that, but it appears the Judge does not.

==============

it was suspended because Acosta irrationally chose to throw an infantile temper tantrum at a White House press conference that was completely outside the bounds of acceptable behavior.

His "behavior" was reprehensible. Oh yes indeedy, such disrespect for the President and his WH employees sets a very fine example for our youth. Their moral compass is non-existent. When did parents give up being parents? How could this "social media" cause behavior beyond the limits? This next generation had better get in the groove, or our nation will be non-existent

------------------

no, it is only Acosta who is being reprimanded for his overt display of childish behavior.

and rightfully so. He is not only disrespecting the office of the President, demonstrating poor behavior and being obnoxious and rude, but his little hissy fit was there for all to see. 90% of the Donald's coverage of him is NEGATIVE. I know I couldn't work effectively with that kind of negativity. And we can thank Jimbo for a lot of that, in addition to every news outlet that I am aware of, with the exception of Fox.

-------------------

if this case goes before The U.S. Supreme Court ... poor lil' Jimmy Poo is going to be crying in the corner for a long time to come.

We can only hope that this case goes before the Supremes. It is an outlandish decision that needs much more scrutiny.
-----------------

Putting a kid in the corner with a dunce cap on is considered to be corporal punishment. We should threaten him with going to summer school or having this nonsense on his permanent record folder, but it would be to no avail. He is one major spoiled brat whose mother was negligent. I volunteer to wash his mouth out with soap.

Thx, B
