Dear Mr. Johnson,

I called Robert Keating, my account executive, this morning but he was at another office so I spoke to his alternate.

I had an incident that I think should be reported to you. Certain individuals of the CNBC financial news team have gained access to my account at Fidelity. I contacted your internet security department and they checked back one month and found no evidence of unauthorized entry. Unfortunately, sir, these individuals, according to Melissa Lee of the CNBC news team, gained entrance during the tenure of Mark Haines and he passed away about a year ago. I'm sorry that I can't be more specific as to when they gained access.

I am enclosing a post I wrote on Atomic Bob's Golden Thread which explains some of the particulars.

When I spoke to your security department, I was advised to change my password and pin, which I did for the first time since I opened the account.

As I am new at this, I don't know the next step that should be taken. I spoke to a representative from my legal plan and was advised that I need to obtain the particulars from my brokerage company. Perhaps you can assist me in this area so that I can bring it to the district attorney's office if appropriate for proper action.

Prior to contacting your office, I wrote a complaint to CNBC and Comcast resulting in attempts to discipline some of the members for breaching your security.

I'm sorry I had to bring this to your attention. But I hope that whatever steps you take will protect your client's financial information.

Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
