Yes ... I do believe that is the correct interpretation.
I read a few reviews (firing tests) about this pistol and they all said it was reliable and shot well. They did say it was ugly ... which it undeniably is ... but, if it isn't gonna blow up in your hand ... $155 is a pittance.
It comes in a carbine version, as well.
