...that's coming for all of us. Ya will soon have to register all ya vehicles with the IRS and report their mileage annually. The tax collected will be distributed to all the states and not just to the state you live in. The plan is to have red states where everybody (almost) has to use some sort of vehicle to blue states where folks don't use vehicles as much. It will be used to build rapid transit. Sort of an "Up Yours" tax
