I need to stop eating at buffets anyway. They aren't good for me and (pure conjecture here) might be part of the reason I need to lose weight.
I've noticed that buffet clientele are rarely what one would call "the beautiful people" - me being the exception, of course!
Here's the good news: Next year, there will be only one buffet within a reasonable distance, and I'm not too fond of that one even now. I suspect I'll be losing a lot of weight. I'd really like to see 170 lbs again...
