what I would like to know is WHO EXACTLY PASSED this BILL in order for it to be placed in front of Obuckwheat in order to be signed into law.

Do not ALL laws come from the Congress and was not the Republican Party in majority of Congress at that time??

I really would like to know that. Also might be interesting to see who exactly voted for it.

That should show us who the TRAITORS to the American People really are. Some more dirt bags to root out and throw out next election.

On 12/29/12, President Obama signed HR 4310, the 2013 National Defense Authorization Act. Section 1078 (thomas.loc. gov/cgi-bin/query/z?c112:H.R.4310Smile of the bill authorizes the use of propaganda inside the US, which had previously been banned since 1948 when the Smith-Mundt Act was passed.
