I have sold more GM metrics DE then anything else............. Pontiac Bonneville is a great car, Olds alero and the likes. They all use the 3.4L-03.8L. They are great motors, roller cams with semi roller rockers, I would love to hotrod one of these. Just make sure sure you use 5-30 weight oil. They are tight clearance motors especially on the lifters............They cant handle thicker oil, They plug up,

The Taurus sell today, I cant believe what the pos did to my car, i GOT IT cleaned up and it starts just fine. What they will do to TRY and get it on the cheap..... The POS knows I know what he did, and wont contact me anymore............

Realist - Everybody in America is soft, and hates conflict. The cure for this, both in politics and social life, is the same -- hardihood. Give them raw truth.

re: "DONT buy a ford Taurus."

Thanks. It's a given that I won't buy him an American car.

Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, Volkswagen, Mazda, Honda, Mitsubishi. There are a lot of car companies. But if you were sending your child off to school for four years or more and wanted to buy him something for less than $5,000 in a private transaction, what cars would top your list if DEPENDABILITY was the #1 concern?
