1. Illegal, non-court ordered wiretaps on a private citizen. Sally Yates is already guilty of violating that - either directly at the DOJ, or as an accomplice or after the fact, conspiring to aid and abet by not stopping the wire-taps and making sure that it was prosecuted.
2. Leaking of National Intelligence Information and Data - again, Sally Yates, the NSA, and many others at DOJ are complicit in this.
