...govt will continue to grow because that is what it does. Any govt entity is formed for a "purpose" but as soon as it is formed it develops purposes of it's own which are 1. Survival; 2.Growth. Solving whatever problem they were created to solve often threatens survival and growth therefore it spends it's time documenting how bad the problem is to they can gain more in the way of growth and survival and very little time if any in finding a resolution to the problem.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
