...in a book I picked up somewhere there was a story about a guy trying to get a consensus of scottsmen to agree on a plan.

"Ye cannot get a consensus of scottsmen to agree on where the sun comes up".

I think the founding fathers had the same notion about making it difficult to change the constitution.

I would be very leery of calling for a Constitutional Convention.

We could very easily wind up with the liberals and socialists
writing U.S. a new one.

We need to begin an assault on those who have desecrated
and demeaned the Constitution and force the 'powers that be'
back to what the original words and intents of the Constitution are.

We need to demand an amendment to the Constitution outlining
ways in which judges or legislators who violate the
Constitution can be removed.

I could go on . . .
