This is called a 'rumor' and 'kook' theory by most of google's references. HOWEVER ... wading through the trash sites - the following ARE verifiable.
1. John Brennan refused to be sworn into office on a Bible - He used the 'Constitution' - without the Declaration of Independence.
2. John Brennan DID serve in Saudi Arabia.
3. John Brennan was very much anti-defamation of jihaad, muslims, and muslim theology.
I have found two decent sources - one of which is very much an accepted non-conspiracy-theorist - Daniel Greenfield. His credentials are pretty impeccable.
Guandolo - I have not vetted him - but he is purported to be an FBI muslim expert(ex-FBI?) with supposedly other 'credentials' of credibility. AT LEAST - HE IS NOT AN un-named sources in the intelligence community, which is ALWAYS a HUGE 'red flag' of lack of credibility.

Guandolo’s claims were later verified by Daniel Greenfield, who wrote, “During his time as the CIA Station Chief in Saudi Arabia, John Brennan spoke of marveling ‘at the majesty of the Hajj and the devotion of those who fulfilled their duty as Muslims by making that pilgrimage.’ If Brennan did indeed visit Mecca during the Hajj, then he could have only done it by converting to Islam, like John Pitts, or pretending to have done so, like the GIGN commandos.”

During the Cold War, the CIA was often infiltrated by the KGB, nullifying America’s intelligence capabilities in the Cold War. It would be a terrible shame if history repeated itself with Islam in the War on Terror.
Monkeynote: Of particular interest is that Brennan became CIA director directly after BENGHAZI - and was in charge of all CIA investigations (ie. coverups) of that charlie-foxtrot.
