I don't know about Chrome's toolbox . . .
But it was in IE's settings where I found the place
to 'fix' it.
By the way, I was once upon a time trying to install
Microsfts 'free Visual Basic' . . . and it insisted
that I download and install a particular M.S. software
package for it . . . and I.E. was a real dick about
letting me download and install the MS product.
