well now De, while what you say is 100 percent accurate, here is the workaround.
He can always get some the same place all the criminal types do, on the Black market and NOT through a licensed FFL dealer or store.
This way there are NO background checks. Like the rest of us law abiding and trained citizens who do own guns have to go through in order to own them. Plus, they are registered.
Little things the unhinged left keeps forgetting about.
It's not the legal carrying citizenry that kills people in cold blood. We only kill as a last resort of our lives or those of our family are being threatened to be killed.
The criminal types do it just for fun.....
