I totally agree. What's more, I *HOPE* she is nominated again in 2020. The third time's the charm, right? Not. She's a bitter old hag now. Can you imagine what she'll be like after four years of letting this loss fester in that black heart of hers?
Assuming she's even alive in four years. Odds are against it.
I expect that before the next election, Donald Trump can give a little Presidential attention to some of the states he didn't quite win: Nevada, Colorado, New Hampshire and Virginia, for instance, and lock them in for the Republicans. If he plays his cards right and has some luck, 2020 will be a big year for a far more effective Republican party.
It's not a sure thing, though. Obama left the country on the brink of recession. Recession is part of the business cycle. It's inevitable. I'd almost rather that it hit soon and that we are recovering from it next year. That would be better than what happened with Bush I.
