LOL. We'll take a look at the colleges we're considering, that's for sure.
So far, I've only been to Harvard, M.I.T., Radford, George Mason University and James Madison University. Those last four aren't even in consideration, so we obviously have a lot of touring to do.
Unfortunately, this is happening during what is already the busiest year of my life. We're moving to a smaller place in June, and most of our belongings are going to New Hampshire in April. We're TRYING to get construction going on the new land up north. Our son goes off to college in August. And by April, 2018, we'll be moving to NH.
My sister is calling for help with my Dad's estate. His house, in particular, needs to be emptied and prepared for sale. There's a rental house that none of us want to deal with because it is two-thirds owned by another sister that no one is on speaking terms with and her freak of a daughter. (She was an S&M "Mistress" in San Francisco, and the last I heard she had converted to Islam and was running around in a full burkha.) But now that my parents are gone, we HAVE to deal with that rental house. I wish someone would just burn it down.
So there's all of that, too.
