I like this one and the killing most of EPAS review process. It takes years for new startup bizznizz permitting and years for an environmental review process just to get a permit to put a buoy in the water on your beach front property, 6 different reviews EPA does on dropping a chunk of concert in the water, with a buoy hooked to it. My friend is going through this right now for one of his beach front properties, It has been over a year, just to do this. WAAAAAAAAAy too many people doing worthless chit to get something so simple done.........
