"Reasonably priced" means a market-based price that the seller is willing to take and the buyer is willing to pay. The antithesis of this is where the government interferes with the workings of a free and open market through the use of price controls and other such arbitrary rules and regulations.

No, De ... "reasonably priced" means just that ... if you are demonstrably high risk (i.e., your supposed chronic disease), then the premium should be set at a reasonable (in this case, high) price that reflects the longer odds the insurance company is taking with you. "Reasonably priced" is not a one-way street.
