Here is what I DO NOT understand ... heaps of trash are going to be left on the ground by any group of protestors ... especially leftists since they are not environmentally friendly ... and the clean-up has got to cost D.C. a fortune. WHY doesn't D.C. charge a significant - and I mean SIGNIFICANT - upfront fee to be paid in cash before any permit is issued? These filthy litterers should have been charged at least a $500,000 fee before they received permission to launch their demonstration.
