Wow. Doesn't [s]he claim to be a lawyer???

I bet [s]he hasn't passed the bar.

I know a few like that. Their parents put 'em through law school and gave 'em tutors so they'd pass. With the degree, they can call themselves lawyers. But without passing the bar, they don't really "get" it.

now you've gone and gotten under keystone's thin skin, don'tcha know. He is all atwitter about there supposedly being no meaningful difference between a Constitutional Republic and a pure Democracy. Of course, he is dead wrong - a major distinction between the two is that a Constitutional Republic protects the rights of the Minority and of individual citizens, whereas a pure Democracy does not - but, you've got the poor lil' tyke so agitated that he can't think straight (IF you want to give him the benefit of the doubt and pretend he actually has the capacity to do so in the first place, that is).
