We got our first snowfall last night - snow that actually stuck, I mean, even though it amounted to maybe half an inch. There were a few flakes on December 31st. They didn't stick at all. This has been an almost snow-free winter.
But the heavy snow usually comes to this part of the country between Jan 15 and Feb 28, so it's still too early to draw conclusions. I think we'll get at least one good storm.
