...drain the gas, crank it as many times as ya have to to run the carb and fuel lines dry then put some gas with some Sta-bil fuel stuff in it. Read the directions, it don't take much.
The problem with ya mower is the problem that everything has that has had ethanol run thru it. Ya can sometimes find places ya can buy fuel without ethanol.
A friend who works on mowers and things to supplement his income and to just have something to do tells me that the fuel with ethanol in it is the equivalent of filling your gas tank with shellac. He has a plastic gas cap from an old riding mower in his shop. It is all but dissolved because of ethanol.
...ethanol is another gubmint idea for making things all better.
