Why use a trailer if you have a perfectly good house? As a child, my family lived for a year in a 16' trailer. I remember how cold I'd get walking back to the trailer after showering, and having to get up some nights to walk to the trailer court's bathroom. In the winter, ice from our breath coated the walls. We didn't often run the heater. We'd use Clorox bottles filled with scalding-hot water to stay warm at night and spent most of our days outside. It wasn't bad for a kid, but nooo, I wouldn't want to live like that today. My parents were obviously a lot tougher than I am now.
