Personally, I think everyone should ask for a national Capital to be established next to their county. In all seriousness, it's completely unfair that so much of YOUR tax money gets spent employing the people around here.
It would be interesting if a law was put in place requiring federal spending to approximate the taxes collected in that state. I think I'd support that - though, of course, I'm living in one of the places that has benefited the most from our government's outrageous size.
