No, there's nothing fair about Citizen A being taxed $1,000 and Citizen B being taxed $50,000. If you want to use the word "fair" and "tax" in the same sentence, it's the tax itself that should be flat, not the tax rate. Every American citizen should pay the same amount.
Now, I know that's going to cause heart attacks and genuflection amongst most of you (not to mention ALL of the libtards), but there's nothing fair about charging different people different amounts year after year. You don't hobble Usain Bolt before you race him and then call it "fair." Quite the opposite - it's stacking the odds against certain people in order to level the playing field.
