The Slimes gushes how great a first-step this is towards solving the supposed problem of "income-inequality."

Got some real news for ya, dumbasses - if you choose to arbitrarily punish businesses in such a discriminatory manner, businesses can - and will - choose NOT to be located within your sphere of influence (i.e., your city's borders). Then, instead of receiving 10% to 25% more in taxes from them, you will receive ZERO taxes from them. You could also see the loss of employment for your residents.
