The obvious possibility is that you have a wiring issue. The less obvious one is that the alternator is bad. When there's not enough juice, weird things start to happen to everything electrical.
I mention this only because the alternator is an EASY fix. Not so with the wiring.

This car has been sitting in one of his garages for 10 years. Last time I started it a lot of things went goofy, like the windshield wipers turned their self's on and wouldn't stop. It's a beaut and would love to get this one road worthy. Under the hood is Greek to me, LOL
