bought it in Waco in the late 50's
and took it to Gallup. Mom moved it
to Roscoe in the 70's. It was about
20 years old and had a problem It
swelled up about twice it's normal
size and could not move around.

Very sorry, micro. I held my first dog as he was put down. It's terrible for pet owners, but really the best thing for the animals. It was very peaceful. When they're that old and sick, they aren't enjoying themselves anymore.
13+ years is a good long life for a dog! I'm sure she is happy to have had you as her master.
