I got a person on the phone - right away, too. It was a short call. I have a feeling they were extremely busy at the customer service center today.
I didn't expect her to respond to my statement. She's not a P.R. person, after all. I asked to relay my message to management. She said she would.
I know that others have been bombarding Kellogg's with e-mails. One fellow wrote that he's active in the PTA and will be working with other parents to get Kellogg's products dropped from schools. Heh.
This is NOT the best way to improve product awareness.
Another gentleman on Breitbart's site said Kellogg's has called an emergency meeting to figure out how what was supposed to be a snub of "a handful of nazis" has turned into the #1 trending topic on Twitter. LOL. I don't know about the emergency meeting, but that part about Twitter is true.
