It's called the EXECUTIVE BRANCH and executive positions except for CABINET Secretaries and SUPREMES all are chosen by the CEO kike in any other corporation.

As sir Ribit aptly points out, The President does not need the Senate to approve his choices for executive positions....

Presidential Appointments: No Senate Required

Aside from Cabinet secretaries and Supreme Court justices, whose nominations require the approval of the Senate, the President of the United States currently has the authority to unilaterally appoint over 300 people to high-level positions within the federal government
