I offered JOBS to BLACKS when they applied, I offered jobs to women (half my workforce), I offered jobs to ANYONE I thought was sincere about coming to work, working while at the plant, doing things MY WAY (I am a professional in ergonomics and engineering ) and basically helping the production of products for sale and the company to make money. IF the company makes money, people get PAID and have benefits. It is THAT simple.
