Hmm. An interesting idea. Might I suggest . . . ALASKA?
Sure, I'd like to keep Alaska as the bastion of conservatism it is today, but what do you suppose would happen if all the liberals were dropped off in Alaska and told that they couldn't leave?
Alaska is NOT an easy place to live. Many libs would probably give their all to helping the polar bear and brown bear populations thrive. Many liberals love wildlife. I think, except for an a little discomfort pain, they'd like that.
I also think, by its very nature, Alaska would turn liberals into conservatives. It would take them a while, but I think learning how to work for a living might do what generations of subsidies and handouts could not - turning the liberal women into real women and the liberal men into real men.
Just [my own] thought.
