...there are four kinds of homicides.
1. Murder
2. Manslaughter
3. Justifiable
4. Praiseworthy
...if ya toss a couple hundred justifiable and praiseworthy homicides into the mix ya have more homicides. Not all homicides are a bad thing.

Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
