You will love it then if so. True, it is an event that makes for memories.
My misses and I saw GWB first swearing in ceremony.

I would only caution you that if you go, be vigilant. It's a different time and era and the violent crowds and irrational people can be upon you very quickly.

We are considering going to Trump's inauguration. That would be a first for us - though we did host a distant relative who contacted my wife and needed a place to stay for Obama's first inauguration. (Yes, I look on that with some embarrassment, but admit it: They're like lice. Sooner or later, we all have to deal with 'em.)

I'm not sure how to get tickets. I think I have to write to a congressman. I may try Rand Paul. I donated to his first campaign so he sort of owes me.
