No she didn't. I'll remind you all that absentee ballots in many states are only counted if there are enough of them to change the outcome.
Quite apart from that, the Electoral College is the system used in 2016. I'd be fine with changing that for future elections. But in 2016, it was the system and it dictated how people campaigned. Donald Trump, for example, spent no time campaigning in California, realizing that its votes were pointless to pursue. If the rules were changed so that they did, he would have campaigned there and would STILL be our President. Why? Because his strategists were more intelligent than Hillary's. And because the Electoral College disenfranchises more conservatives than liberals.
In eight or twelve years, when power again returns to the Democrats, watch them NOT do anything about the Electoral College. They know full well it helps them more than it helps the Republicans.
