That means EVERY SINGLE NON-counted ABSENTEE and MILTARY ballot that never got counted.
Hillary, including the DEAD vote, the ILLEGAL votes, has 200,000 more votes that were actually counted, which is less than ONE QUARTER of ONE PERCENT of the votes that were counted.
HISTORICALLY, 66 percent of the ABSENTEE ballots and military ballots are for the conservative GOP candidate.
SO let's do the math:
ASSUME only 2 million uncounted ballots.
At only 60 percent, Trump would get 1.2 million more votes.
CLINTON would get 40 percent, or an additional 800,000. Her total over TRUMPS already counted votes would now be:
200,000 PLUS 800,000 = 1 million VOTES COUNTED
HOwever, TRUMP just received 1,200,000 more votes
giving him 200,000 more votes counted than CLINTON.
Of course, the LAME STREAM MEDIA doesn't want to bring this up and air heads like Dukakis have never had any use for the Constitution anyway. He is so much smarter and brighter than those folks chosen by their states to help come up with this and it was a unanimous decision by all states to ratify this governing document, another little tidbit the radical left never brings up.
So It IS A FALSE statement to say CLinton won the popular vote.
WHEN ALL the votes CAST are counted, that is when, and only when, anyone can say who won the popular vote.
In the meantime, The United States of America has ALWAYS had an ELECTORAL COLLEGE system in place so all the LIBS concentrated in a few places in the country could not just dictate to the rest of the country. That is why STATES are IMPORTANT on election night.....
WIN the state, the the electoral college votes for THAT state. Does not matter HOW MANY VOTES one wins by in that state. If you win the popular vote in that state, you win the electoral college votes that go with it.
BOTH SIDES have always known this. Dukakis and every other American hating screwball like him should simply leave the country and go somewhere and see if they can change the rules and laws in that country.
BY the way, the COnstitution requires a THREE FOURTHS ratification of the states to make and amendment to it.
