How the hell does the Clinton camp know???? Why does CNN care what they think? Does the Clinton campaign control the MI Board of Elections??? (I'm afraid to know the answer.)
Meanwhile, CNN just said they don't see where in PA Hillary can find the votes to catch up with Trump. In other words, he's got Pennsylvania in the bag.
