I seriously doubt that.
First, I don't know how the FBI brings down the DOJ when all that the FBI can do is to investigate. It cannot prosecute. That is the DOJ's job. If anything brings the DOJ down, it will be the election of Donald Trump and the subsequent replacement of corrupt judges and officials at all levels. But they're hard to replace. Congress would need to impeach them or voters would need to oust them. There are so many...
Second, I don't think America would cheer. Not any more than America cheered when Richard Nixon was brought down. One side giggled and jeered like a gang of tittering chimps while the other turned sullen. I think that's what would happen now... where WE'D be the tittering chimps.
Maybe we'd be more mature about it than the libtards were. One can hope.
In either event, America won't cheer. There are two sides, almost equally large, who will have very different reactions. I think "riot" might be a better word than "cheer."
