There can't be an indictment when the D.O.J. has to approve an indictment and won't. For crying out loud, the President of the United States is out there campaigning for her even as he knows she is under investigation by the nation's top cops for High Crimes against the country. HE DOESN'T CARE (except that he'd like the investigation to stop.)
We'll have to replace Obama with Trump in order to get an indictment of Hillary. Meanwhile, all the the FBI can do is to continue leaking information on what it has learned in the hope of shaming the public into not supporting this vile woman. But people like OCU and clo... and, I am certain, tens of millions of others... cannot be shamed. They want what they want and really don't care what has to be stolen or destroyed in order to get it.
