not be in the warhead . . . it is what the thing was
designed for.
Empty chemical warheads are the best kind - - because one can fill them with the most appropriate chemical.
Think about it.
If'n I was saddam Hussein . . . and I had some rioting
Sunni who's attitudes I wanted to correct, I'd fill them
with tear gas - don't want to hurt my supporters too badly.
For uppity Shiites, a blister agent like mustard gas would
be most appropriate.
And, for those uppity Kurds or stinking iranians,
Nerve gas. Kill'm all and let Allah sort'em out.
