It just occurred to me that if Hillary were to now step down, approximately 20 percent of Democrats have already cast their ballots for a woman who will no longer be running. If, say, Biden were to step up as a replacement, he'd have already lost 20 percent of the Democratic support.

I also believe that many states require that candidates file to get onto the ballot long before the election. Biden hasn't done that....

Donald Trump, who so many said so many times could not win, now has this election in the bag. But the tallying of votes could still be rigged. Let's not forget that.
