...again I say, if Russia wanted to influence our elections they would be doing whatever they could to get Hillary elected. She will be no different than Obama. Russia, China, N. Korea and Iran will ignore her and do whatever they please. She will make a pompous speech, fire of a couple of harshly emails and then go back to hanging condoms on the Christmas tree.

Does this seem like a fact?: "We believe, based on the scope and sensitivity of these efforts, that only Russia’s senior-most officials could have authorized these activities. However, we are not now in a position to attribute this activity to the Russian Government."
