Correction. I believe it has three CD drive bays.
And, I have put as much as four Gigs of RAM in the
four slots.

Yeah.
I have a system at work that runs under Windows 2000.
(It has five workstations controlling some moving parts.)
I was able to upgrade them to an xw4100 and an xw4200.
Either or both works fine with 2000 or XP.

If you can get ahold of some of them - and I would
check them for fuzzy (corroded) capacitors before
buying - they should last you for many more years.

The xw4100 has two SATA drive ports, and two IDE
bus connectors. The xw4200 has four SATA ports, and
one IDE bus connector. I was able to install a SCSI
card in both types and make good use of 74 Gig SCSI
drives I happen to have on hand.

This site has a picture and a 'for sale' price . .

By the way, both have two hard drive bays, and two
CD bays. If one removes the floppy drive one can
tuck a third hard drive in the chassis. Both also
do USB - and they can be booted off USB.
