WHY do these morons always say there must be background checks??

EVERY gun purchase I make there is a federal and state background check!!!! It is MANDATORY.

Now, if ya buys yer weapon on the black market, that is a different issue and ain't no LAW gonna stop BAD GUYS from ever getting guns or people being shot with them.

I suppose they say that stuff for the GALACTICALLY STUPID people out there....
