I would suggest trying the exact same keys you used
to put in the password - and hope they make the same
characters as when you created the password. Then change it to something that does not use the bad
keys.
Second option. There are password cracking tools on
the internet . . . one of them MIGHT be able to fetch
the errant password for you.
Third option. And, what I would probably do. Get a
new keyboard and re-install windows from scratch.
