I think I could have helped zzfart. If I could speak to him

...he's in denial. The reason he isn't a huge raging success is somebody else's fault because they were born lucky in lifes lottery. He has been standing on the corner and/or playing midnite basketball all his life and no one has discovered him.

re: IQ of a crowbar.............

I don't think he's as dumb as he pretends, but there are signs if you read many of his posts that he dropped out (or was kicked out) of school at an even earlier age than dear Claudia.

Not for the same reason.

Perhaps someone can ask him about that.

Poorly educated, believing he deserves better because of his ethnicity and sexual preference, and weighed down by humiliation over poor decisions he made when he was younger - those are zz's problems - along with acting out and the resultant fact that nobody likes him. It's a tragic combination that has wasted so much of his potential.

One of the reasons I was sad that clo ousted me from her board is that I think I could have helped zzfart. If I could speak to him, I'd tell him:
"It *IS* in your power to make something of yourself, zz. You don't have to go through life as a loser. Of course, if you continue as you are, then you've already reached your peak and might as well cash out."

Getting him to acknowledge that (and acknowledgement is a vital first step to improvement) would have been a challenge since he's a tad mule-headed, but I love a good challenge.

When I was an ASM in the Boy Scouts, I worked with several of the troop's autistic kids and I think I helped them with some of their issues. The comparison between their behaviors and zz's is inescapable.
