...the only time stop and frisk is legal is if the cops have a warrant or they have PROBABLE CAUSE such as they can see the fricken gun thru ya t-shirt or a witness reports that ya have one. Can't be some vague "informant" either. Gotta have a name blah blah blah. That don't mean that the cops can't or won't kick your ass if ya resist. Sometimes it's better to avoid a fight ya can't win, remember names and then get em in a fight they can't win. Nothing like having a video of a cop doing wrong on the 6:00 news.
